What are some good names to name kittens they are to young to see if they are male or female though?

You could rely on the color (Blacky, Snowball, Brownie) or on the fur type (Puff, Fluffy, Slick), or play off the "cat" theme (Kitty, Tiger, Panther. Simba)

Years ago I named a cat Princess, because it was so pretty and graceful I thought it to be female.


My vet burst my bubble.

Look under his/her tail. If he is a "whole" (unneutered) tom, it should be obvious. You'll see his testicles. If he has been neutered, look closely and you may see two very small remnants of the sac. Otherwise, it's probably a female. Don't feel bad, though, if you're wrong-- even the experts are fooled at times.

orange- Cheddar Cheese


calico- Jersey Bleu (which is a bleu cheese)





and i had thought of other ones, like if it was orange and white, colby jack, or white- bree, or yellow- munster, white with spots- swiss. you get the point!!

Reply:Patches, tiger, cuddles. I also like famous kitties like, garfield, heathcliff, rifraf. i usually look for a special trait in them or something they do to attach a name to them. for instance, if they like to cuddle a lot with u, then cuddles is good. tiger if they're the dominant type. etc.
