Naming my new born niece. What would be a good last name?

My sister's new born baby girl is going to be named. seems like the first name is going to be Catherine and they are not planning to have the family name. So basically looking for a second name that will fit with Catherine and preferably a ame that can act as a last name althoug it will be a given name. The current top choice seems to be Catherine Angel. Any help ???

Reply:I suggest that she check with the state to see if they have any laws/rules about this. Most children feel more secure having a parent's last name so they feel part of something, i.e. a family.
