Nothing is stolen and the card is yours. You just do not want to use your real name for privacy reasons.
Is it illegal to use a fake name name when ordering something online with your own credit card.?
Chances are that the payment will be rejected by the credit card company because the name you ordered with doesn't match the one on your account.

Reply:Well I wouldn't recommend it, just to be on the safe side. By the way if you don't want a online place to know your real name, why would you trust them with your credit card account number?
