I like the name Jordan, but not with the middle name Joseph.

Reply:I have a friend that named her baby boy after both of the grandfathers James and Johnathon. They have now shortened his name to JJ. I have always heard don't trust a person with 2 first names which is crazy- don't know how that came about. Do what you feel and what has meaning to you don't worry about what other people think.

Reply:As long as the last name isn't a 2 syllable "J" name, you're in the clear. If you like it, keep it.
Reply:Alliteration is one of my biggest pet peeves in naming - the same first TWO letters about makes me start pulling the hair out of my head. Joseph is a fine name.
