Can u name Name some famous Australians who have overcome diversity to achieve success ?
My God!

Overcome diversity to achieve success ?

How about the ENTIRE country, matey!

Australia was a PRISON colony!

Out of humiliation, despair, poverty, cruelty, rape, physical abuse, etc came one of the finest countries in the world!

Any Australian person that can claim their family came through that from the very beginning...and still survive today...is a famous Australian in my book!

Oh, and the famous tennis player you are thinking of was Evonne Fay Goolagong Cawley.

She was the daughter of Kenny Goolagong, a sheep shearer. She grew up in Barellan,New South Wales, one of a family of eight children. A REAL success story.

She had a hugely successful international professional tennis career. She was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire in 1972 for services to tennis and Officer of the Order of Australia in 1982.
Reply:Overcome diversity? I think you mean overcome adversity. Make sure you correct that in your paper.
