Reply:Charlie is a boys name and unless you want to follow the trend of giving girls masculine names I'd stay away from it.





What about Karly/Karleigh? A feminine name - only absence is the H from Charlie...otherwise it's very similiar and at least when people hear Karly Gerlt they won't have to question whether she's a boy or girl. I can't imagine having to go through life having to state your gender all the time....

Reply:love it, it goes really well with the last name. However i would spell it Charli. Why not go for a family members name/middle name for her middle name? It makes names more unique than just giving some random name.


e.g. my baby girls name is Alissa Dawn (i loved the name Alissa, and Dawn is my grandmothers middle name)
Reply:I love the name Charlotte. It's feminine, flirty, and frilly. That way, you can use Charlie as a nickname, and if she wants to go by Char when she gets older, she can. I think it flows great with the first name. Good luck, and congratulations!!






Reply:I love the name Charlie for a girl. However, if we pick this name, we will go with Charlotte, and nick-name her charlie, that way she can have a more 'girly' name when she's older if she doesn't like charlie. :)
