It is generally accepted that there are 5 types of living organism: Animals, Plants, Fungi, Bacteria and Archaea (single celled organisms such as Ameoba). The last 3 in the list would probably be the answer to your question.
Although it is probably beyond the scale of this question it is generally accepted that Viruses, whilst showing many characteristics of a living organism, cannot exist without a host and so cannot be considered 'living' as such.
